Returns/Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange one or more items, please use the One World Futbol Project Return Form found on the reverse side of the invoice or packing slip that shipped with your order or available for download a PDF version of the Return Form. (Download Acrobat Reader for free)

Follow the instructions to fill out the form. Please be sure to include your order number and reason for the return/exchange. Ship your completed return form and a copy of your receipt in the same package as your return/exchange item(s) for a timely refund or exchange.

If you have any questions regarding your donation to One World Futbol Foundation, or there was an error in the amount donated, please Contact Us. We will refund the donation if a donation refund is requested in writing within 10 business days of the date the donation was made. We reserve the right to deduct a $10 administrative fee from the amount refunded.

Conditions and Restrictions:
  • One world Futbol Project offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products.
  • One World Futbol Project guarantees that you will be satisfied with any product you purchase from us. If you have received an item that arrives in poor condition or is otherwise unsatisfactory, please return it to us within 30 days with a Return Form. Indicate whether you wish a refund or a replacement.
  • Any product that is found to be defective up to 1 year after sale will be replaced free of charge.
  • One World Futbol Project works hard to make sure the items we sell meet your expectations, but we cannot be responsible for small variations in size and color.
  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs of refund/exchange items, and One World Futbol Project cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping. We strongly suggest using FedEx, UPS, or other trackable and insurable package delivery services.
  • Once we receive the return/exchange, we will process the transaction the same day and apply any applicable refunds within 5 business days to the credit card used at the time of purchase. One World Futbol Project reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges for goods returned in used condition.
  • Refunds are for the cost of the product and any applicable sales tax only.
  • Refunds on orders paid for by check require at least 45 days for a refund.
  • Mis-ship/Damaged Item Policy: If you receive an item you did not order or if your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us. to request a Merchandise Return Label (MRL). You can use this label to return the order at no cost to you.

Shipping Information

We work diligently to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Most orders ship within one business day of the order placement. Normally domestic shipments will arrive in 3-7 business days by standard ground shipping. International orders may take longer.

Please note that items do not ship from our fulfillment center on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.

One World Futbol Project charges shipping based on the weight and size of your order and on your distance from our fulfillment center in Mobridge, SD. You can estimate your shipping charges at any time while shopping by adding the item to your shopping basket. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. When calculating how long shipping will take, make sure you count business days only (M-F).

Shipping information cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process, we’re unable to modify it. Orders shipped via U.S. Postal Service are not insured or trackable unless Express Mail is selected.

 

International Orders & Customs

For these orders, please be aware of customs fees – such as taxes and duties – when your order arrives. Since these fees vary from location to location, CUSTOMS FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN SHIPPING CHARGES. Please check with your local customs office for more information on the fees in your area. Refusal to pay these fees will result in an undeliverable order. If returned, we do not refund shipping charges.
